Health &
Fitness Weight Loss Success!
You Can Do It!
We've
all encountered a battle of the bulge at some point and time in our
lives. (And some of us are fighting the battle!) But all
hope is not lost. There are people who are doing it and
completely turning their lives around. We all know that there
are health risks involved with being overweight, which is why it's
important to continue to strive to reach an appropriate weight.
Faith
Fenner (pictured above) was at an all time high of 175 lbs. and
could barely squeeze into a size 16. She turned to food to
soothe the pain of an unhappy marriage. She was 34 years old
and 5'4". She started exercising and eating healthy and
got down to 109 lbs.! She later became pregnant and gave birth
to a daughter, and a year later she had a son. With each
pregnancy she exercised and ate healthy so she had no problem
getting back into shape after each baby.
Along
with her new body, (pictured to the right), Faith got the courage to
leave her marriage. Eventually, she remarried and is happier
than she's ever been.
