Dressy Protective Style: Braided Bun Updo
Royal. Elegant. Classy. Chic. These are the words that immediately comes to mind when I see this braided bun updo! I remember trying to duplicate it back in high school when it was worn regularly by Mary J. Blige. It is such an easy style yet beautiful and definitely appropriate for the dressiest of occasions. You can create this style with either a ponytail (use a phony pony or hair extensions if you need additional length) wrapped over fluffed synthetic hair for fullness, a ginormous sock bun, or simply purchase a faux bun, some even have the braid already added.
You can even pull it low for a fancier chignon – still super elegant and shows off your facial features just as much!
