Hair Christmas Wish List
Ultimate Hair Christmas Wish List
Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year for so many reasons: celebrating the birth of Christ, spending time with my loved ones, great food and I take sublime pleasure in gift giving. However, there is one other advantage for those of us who love our hair – that is asking ever so nicely for the items you have been coveting all year long! Those special hair splurges you have not been able to justify purchasing are the perfect items to put on your Hair Christmas Wish List! In case you have not given this much thought, here are the items I suggest you start your list with:
Interchangeable Curling Wand:
Create loose waves, tight curls or spiralled ringlets – all with the same tool! These handy dandy curling irons feature an interchangeable barrel so you can switch the size to get the look you want. I so need one of these in my life!
The ultimate weapon for moisture, I believe steamers to be a must-have investment. Receiving one during the dead of winter for Christmas would be a bonus to help you ward off the damaging effects of the brittle cold weather and heavy fabrics worn to keep warm.
Professional Hooded Dryer:
This was one of the first “big” investments for my healthy hair journey and I received it as a result of it being on my hair Christmas wish list last year. The difference it has made in my hair is quite remarkable, enabling me to rollerset my hair regularly without spending hours sitting under the dryer. If anything ever happens to my beloved dryer, I would happily spend the money to replace it. That is how much I adore this item.
Titanium Flat Iron:
There are many types and brands of flat irons on the market, but I believe titanium to be the best. If you are unaware of the differences between ceramic and titanium, check out a previous article on this topic.
Human Hair Clip In Extensions:
Clip ins are the quickest, easiest, and least expensive way to add body, volume, length and/or color to your style. You can purchase pre-made clip ins or buy wefted hair and create your own by cutting the wefts to the appropriate length and sewing in a few wig clips.
Hair Therapy Wrap:
I don’t own one of these yet but believe it to be a worthy purchase. The premise behind this ingenious invention is that you can warm your hair for deep conditioning without being restricted to sitting under an electrically heated tool such as a heating cap, steamer or hooded dryer. Perfect for the days you cannot devote for just your hair; The hair therapy wrap allows you to move around while deep conditioning. Multi-tasking at its best!
Although not a very long list, I believe these items to be the ultimate hair Christmas wish list and if each of them made there way under my tree next month I would be all smiles!
