Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
Brand: Hair Story Collection | Black Hair Media
At BlackHairMedia.com, every t-shirt is printed and fulfilled with care specifically for you. Because each order is custom-produced upon purchase, we maintain a strict all sales final policy. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or accidental order
Incorrect size selected at checkout
Color variation between screen display and physical product
Delayed delivery due to carrier or shipping conditions
We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guide, product photos, and item descriptions thoroughly prior to purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@blackhairmedia.com with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the issue
A brief description of the problem
We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement item or store credit. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Sizing
Because we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, please consult our size guide carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have questions about fit prior to purchasing, contact us at sales@blackhairmedia.com before placing your order — we are happy to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been processed, as production begins promptly upon order confirmation.
